One of my personal protection clients said that her and an acquaintance of hers were talking about self defense training. She told him that one of the things we train is how to use a knife on someone.
His response was that his instructor said we don't learn how to use the knife because the bad guy will just take it away from us and stab us with it. 🤯😱😱😱😱
That is thus far the most asinine thing I have heard this year. With that logic why bother training at all. Just be a fucking victim then.
If you come train with me whether you are male or female you will learn how to fuck people up (if warranted) with your hands, blades, improvised weapons, the environment, gun (only if you actually carry) and more... hell... I'll teach you how to beat a mother fucker with another mother fucker.
